This series consists of daybooks of correspondence and memoranda of the Electronic Data Processing unit. The main part of the series contains copies of outgoing letters and memoranda from Robert E. Scharg, Director of State Computer Systems Development, and other staff of the unit. The correspondence and memoranda concern all aspects of electronic data processing in state agencies, including plans, specifications, bidding, contracts, purchase or lease of equipment, budget requests, and statistics of use. The items are contained in loose-leaf binders and are arranged in reverse chronological order in each binder. There is no index to this part of the series.
